Trade bricks for balloons & join us to build the largest balloon pyramid structure beyond your wildest dreams!

PieprsBuild Iconic London
Inspired by The Developing City exhibition, Pipers Models have designed the iconic skyscrapers of London for you to create! Explore London's built environment and invent a new vision for 2050!

City of Thousand ArchitectsCity of a Thousand Architects
Become an architect for a day and help build our GIANT model city, full of skyscrapers, stadiums, and skyrockets!
Location: 155 Bishopsgate, Broadgate

Time: 10am – 4pm

Kite ClubSquare Mile Kite Club
Take to the sky with the kite club! Design your own flying mobile and become an intrepid adventurer exploring the realms over head.

StringScapeString-Scape
Pull, twist, turn, tie. Using only string, lets weave a web of light and line and to create our own three-dimensional city!
Location: Broadgate Tower Plaza, Broadgate

SpacemakersSpaceMakers
Roll the dice! Spacemakers is a fast paced, life size game where kids become the architects and race against the clock to create real public spaces.
Location: Churchyard of Saint John Zachary, aside Goldsmiths Hall

ToodleToddle in the City
A photographic treasure hunt for young children to explore the city. Urban Beings will provide children's digitial cameras and plenty of clues of what we can find!

Pick up one of our wonderful DIY activity trails, maps, or amazing activity cards and take yourself on an architectural exploration of the City of London.

JOHF ActivityArchi-Lenses - Art Frames Workshops
Take a tuk tuk to get between the Open City Archi-Lenses and Art Frames workshops at Cheapside and Leadenhall Market, via the Great St Helen's Sculpture Space. Make your mark on the large-scale installations alongside the City of London, artists, architects and local school children. Location: Leadenhall Market and Cheapside

Every day and night our buildings and cities are filled with sounds. Lets create sound using architecture as our instrument!

Build a geodesic dome and design its stain-glass panels.

Time for you to whizz around the city on one of our specially designed scooter trails. Trail Pick Up Location: Leadenhall Market or Cheapside.

Plaisterers HallCreate Your Ceiling!
Visit the stunning Plaisterer's Hall and discover the craft of Plastering, from Cornice to Roundel, Frieze to Flute.
