Open-City's 2011 nationwide My Green School Eco-Design Competition challenged 7 to 12 year olds across the UK to come up with their own environmentally friendly school building. Here we showcase the winners' designs.
"My Green School is a fabulous initiative which presents teachers and children with an opportunity to engage with the important issue of sustainability in a creative, meaningful and connected way."
Fiona Bailey, Senior Lecturer in Primary and Early Years Education, Middlesex University & My Green School Judge
