The Andover Estate Neighbourhood Plan launched in September with key note speeches from Ken Bartlett & Stephen Hill, advisors to the Community Land Trust and Sean McLaughlin Director of Housing and Adult Social Services, LB Islington.
Open-City's involvement has included guiding the community through the process of producing a development plan for any future investment in their estate, working with RS Studio & Annie Lennox Landscape Architects. Through Design Awareness Training, Open-City has prepared the community forum so that they can review the design proposals put before them and constructively inform the vision for their estate.
