In a location long derelict and inaccessible to the public, a new town centre for Wandsworth is rising. Representatives from the Battersea Power Station Development Company will set out the vision for the project and new neighbourhood, explaining the range of diverse initiatives underway to make this a place for people. Mace, as principal contractor on the Power Station will talk about their commitment to opening up opportunities for local people throughout the supply chain and how they have adopted innovative construction and sustainability measures on site, which in itself is the largest privately funded construction project in the UK.
