With more than 50 hands-on workshops including craft and design activities, engineering experiments, architectural tours and storytelling sessions, children will learn about their city and how it is created.More Info
Attending the festival
Open House Families is a free event inviting everyone to take part. Places for ‘drop-in’ events enable families to drop in on the activity at any time within the times stated. If pre-booking is stated with activites please follow the instructions to secure your ticket and to avoid disappointment.
Many of the activities at the Gherkin, Here East, Gasholder Park and Canary Wharf are outside so remember to be prepared...
- If it's sunny bring lots of sun block.
- If it's cold or rainy wear appropriate clothing
- Bring a picnic blanket!
