London Property Alliance
London Property Alliance (CPA & WPA) is the brand name for the joint campaigns and events of City Property Association and Westminster Property Association. We are a not-for-profit advocacy group with a combined membership of over 420 organisations. The Alliance provides a unified voice for the leading owners, developers, investors and professional advisors of real estate across Central London. Our activity is based around three core principles: policy, research and engagement. We make representations to policymakers at local and national level, publish thought leadership research reports and develop a strong engagement programme to allow our members to expand their network and industry knowledge.
