The Baylight Fellowship was a modular masterclass comprising a series of day trips and residential workshops providing this generation’s most ambitious commissioners of new housing with the insight, knowledge and inspiration required to deliver outstanding homes and unlock sustainable future value. The Golden Key Academy is an eight month tour guide training course developing the essential skills, knowledge and critical thinking required to deliver engaging walking and cycling tours exploring architecture, heritage and urban issues

The Golden Key Academy and British Housing Academy courses are accredited by Open City, a registered charity dedicated to making architecture and the urban landscape more open, accessible and equitable. All profits from running these courses go towards Open City’s work supporting children and young people from represented background to pursue careers in architecture and city-making professions.
