Open City publishes its 2025 social impact report

Open City is a charity whose mission is to make the built environment more open, accessible and equitable

We do this through:
● the annual Open House Festival that opens up hundreds of spaces each September to give visitors unprecedented access to the city
● an education pathway in London and Birmingham for young people from underrepresented backgrounds
● a year-round programme of tours, podcasts and editorial projects to engage people in the making of their city
● hosting the Open House Worldwide network that connects over 60 Open House Festivals in cities around the world

Across our programmes, Open City aims to empower communities and democratise knowledge about cities and the way we live in them.
