Open House Festival 2026 is open for applications

We are now open for applications to this year’s festival. Will you open your doors in September and welcome London in?
It might be that you have a particular story to tell or work you want to raise awareness of through reaching new audiences. Perhaps you want to celebrate your building - whether it has a rich social history, is an example of good design, or both. Or you might simply want to share a space or a neighbourhood with your local community and the wider city. If you’d like to open a building or run an event during this year’s festival, then we want to hear from you.
For those of you who’ve never taken part before, or for anyone who’s unsure of how to get started, we've put together this short quiz that will point you in the right direction. You’ll also find a range of other resources on our website, including a programme of online surgeries that you can sign up to attend.
