Contributor Community Guidelines

The festival’s mission is to provide access to spaces that wouldn’t otherwise be open, to create opportunities for learning from and about the built environment and one another, and to celebrate London and the communities that make it.

By submitting your application, you are committing to this mission, to a shared approach and to the following community guidelines.

Community guidelines

We ask that you

  • Keep all activities free for all visitors

  • Welcome everyone and make your activities as accessible as possible

  • Provide complete and accurate information in your application

  • Only use and share materials that you have the copyright for

We promise that we will

  • Respond as promptly as possible to all enquiries

  • Meet our deadlines for responding to all expressions of interest and applications

  • Provide you with the support to make the most of your participation in the festival

  • Safeguard inclusion by not tolerating instances of racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia or any other forms of discrimination based on identity or ability

We reserve the right to decline applications from organisations whose activities run contrary to the festival’s mission of celebrating all of London’s communities and whose inclusion would compromise that mission.
