Data shared with Open House Festival Volunteers

In order to help you take part in the Open House Festival as a Festival Volunteer, we will share the name, telephone number and email address of the person (i.e. the contributor) who is responsible for the open day or event that you have signed up to volunteer at.

The contributor may also give you access to visitors’ personal data (names and email addresses) during the open day or event, where relevant - for example, to allow you to tick off the names of visitors who have booked tickets.

By ticking the box on the application form, you commit to handling contributors’ and visitors’ personal data carefully and respectfully, including by:

• Securely deleting or destroying all copies of contributors’ data (e.g. where saved in your phone, your emails or on printouts) after the open day or event has ended

• Returning all copies of visitors’ data to the contributor at the end of the open day or event

• Not sharing contributors’ or visitors’ data with anyone else.
