Accelerate Alumni
All students who have been through our Open City Accelerate programme are invited to join our Alumni group. This is a way to continue the expert advice, support and insights from a diverse range of practitioners in the built environment.
We are always on the lookout for new opportunities to share with our Alumni. In the last year, we have been pleased to offer the Marchus Trust cash prize to 5 students; specialist workshops with MAE architects on portfolio advice and careers information for those finishing Part 1 or 2 and looking for work.
Working With You
We are keen to work with our Alumni too, to deliver our Accelerate Studios programme to secondary schools. If you fancy tripping down memory lane by going back to a local school and explaining what you are up to now, please get in touch. It can be a great way to earn some extra money and remind yourself just how far you have come, even if the journey is still challenging at times!
Please remember, our programmes are not just for architects but for everyone involved in the built environment sector in whatever role. We would like to support and share experiences from those in different roles or who have used their initial training and transferable skills to move into a different space - whether that is UX, film, design, teaching, writing or anything else!
