Nicholas Okwulu

Nicholas is a community enabler. As a local resident of Southwark, he has delivered a number of projects in the Old Kent Road.

Nicholas is the founder of Livesey Exchange, which sought to transform 60 Garages off the Old Kent Road. In 2021, the project received funding and permission from the Mayor of London and Southwark Council, to build a new two storey building to engage highlight local creativity.

Nicholas is also the founder of Pempeople Inc, a pop up shop in Peckham where he supported local residents to deliver programmes and provided them with support and links to relevent commissioners and decision makers.

Nicholas was an initiator of Southwark Untold and is a Tate Exchange Associate.
