Open House Families is London’s brand new festival of architecture exclusively for children and their families, designed to inspire the next generation of city-shapers.

This year's Open House Families has been a huge success and so thank you so much to all of the artists, architects, engineers, festival partners and families who took part in the festival. Thank you too to all of the festival's sponsors for enabling Open House Families to take place. The sun shone over 50 hands-on workshops including craft and design activities, engineering experiments, architectural tours and storytelling sessions. Both children and adults had so much fun celebrating and learning about their city and how it is created.

This year saw hundreds of families attending events at locations across London including the National Gallery, The Royal Academy, the V&A, the British Library, RIBA, St Paul's Cathedral and many more extraordinary and exciting venus. Families also attended an array of amazing workshops at the festival's four main activity hubs including Gasholder park, Canary Wharf, Here East and 30 st Mary's Axe.

Please enjoy the photos from what has been a truly enjoyable, eventful and memorable weekend for all who took part.
