Can you tell your casks from your kegs? Could you spot a tavern from a gin palace? Do you know where in London the 1910s British government experimented in pub nationalisation? Can you name London’s first black-owned public house? On Thursday 2 February join Cristina Monteiro and David Knight, editors of Public House: A Cultural and Social History of the London Pub, in the community-owned Ivy House pub in Nunhead for the ultimate test of pub nerdery – The 2023 London Pub Pub Quiz.
