A summer of fundraising in support of Open City’s programmes.

Open House 30th
Anniversary Campaign

As we gradually emerge from lockdown and reconnect with our city, we are excited to announce the #OurLondon campaign. It’s a special year for Open City as we celebrate the 30th edition of our much-loved Open House Festival this September, and we have many activities planned across all parts of our work to help bring Londoners together.

If, like us, you believe in a London that is open to all we hope you will help us, in any way you can, to make sure that programmes like the Open House Festival are safeguarded for the future and all our activities are open and accessible to all.

Every donation, big or small, matters - thank you!

Support Open City’s work with Children and Young People

At Open City we are committed to removing barriers between people and their built environment. Whether it is through free learning activities for children at home, practical architectural workshops in schools or through mentoring 16-18 year olds, our pioneering design education programmes aim to make sure all children and young people engage with the places where they live, learn and play.

The #OurLondon match-funding campaign aims to raise £10,000 to support children and young people from disadvantaged and under-represented backgrounds take part in our programmes helping them reconnect with their city and provide free learning and mentoring activities to inspire the next generation of city-shapers and increase diversity in the architecture profession.

We can only keep our events free and accessible to children and young people due to the generous support of our sponsors and the public. If you would like to ensure we can continue to bring the built environment alive for all of the city’s children and young people then please support Open City’s Children and Young People programmes and donate to the #OurLondon campaign.

All donations will be doubled thanks to the generous match-funding support of the Baylight Foundation and Almacantar.
