This is a step-by-step guide to the Open House Festival contributor application process

Step 1 - Do you have a visitor or volunteer account?

If you have ever booked a place on an Open House Festival event, volunteered during the festival or run an open day or event, it’s likely that you already have an account. You can check by going to the Open House Festival website, clicking on the head and shoulders logo in the right-hand corner and trying to log in.

Yes - Go to Step 2.

No - Go here and sign up for either a visitor account or a volunteer account. You must register for an account before you can submit an expression of interest. A visitor account enables you to book tickets to any Open House Festival event. A volunteer account also enables you to volunteer at festival events if you want to. If your expression of interest is accepted, your account will automatically be upgraded to a contributor account.

Step 2 - Logging into your account

Go here, to the festival website, to log in. This video will show you how.

Step 3 - Has your open day or event been in the festival before?

Yes - Go to Step 4.

No - Complete an expression of interest. This video will show you how. Once your expression of interest has been accepted, go to Step 4.

Step 4 - You are ready to apply

Now it’s time to complete the application form. This video will show you how.
