Open House Festival Ticket Bookings

Terms and Conditions for the purchase and booking of tickets for Open House Festival events:

• Tickets are valid for the date and time stated. Please check your tickets on receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified

• Tickets booked for general entry time slots do not guarantee entry at a specific time, you may be required to queue. Entry is always at the discretion of the building owner

• Tickets are for personal use and may not be resold or exchanged, nor money refunded

• There is no re-admission to the event

• Open City and the building owner reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a visit

• By attending an event, ticket holders consent to being photographed or filmed incidentally and to Open City’s publication or broadcast of any such photographs or film
