Please join us for a short presentation by the Open City team on our inaugural Stewardship Awards, entries for which are currently open.
Long term care of the urban realm is the most important, but least celebrated aspect of contemporary city making. While many awards programmes endorse exciting new buildings, public spaces and infrastructure, the critical ongoing work of repairing, refurbishing and maintaining the city goes unrewarded.
The Open City Stewardship Awards are an opportunity for leaders in environmental and social governance working in the built environment to exhibit projects which demonstrate outstanding practice, and to connect with other industry pioneers committed to long-term care of buildings, places and communities.
This presentation will present the awards programme, categories and criteria to potential entrants and provide a forum for any questions relating to the programme.
