Support for contributors: drop-ins and surgeries

  • This year we are working to support contributors through the process of planning and opening. To do this, we are running a programme of in-person drop-in events (until the end of April) and online surgeries (until the end of May).

These are opportunities to come and speak to the team, to share your ideas and ask questions.

  • We are running online surgeries every Friday, 12pm-1pm, from Friday 21 April. To join, you’ll need to book a 15-minute slot. Go here to book. Select the Friday you want from the calendar on the lefthand side of the page, then click on a time slot to book it. Spaces are limited.

  • If you have been a Contributor in previous festivals and run an open day, here is more information about what to expect this year and the changes we have made.
